CECILIA CONDE
Independent Researcher (National Research Council, CONICET) Laboratory of Neurobiology
Assistant Professor. Provincial University of Córdoba (UPC), Argentina.
Associate Professor. University Institute of Biomedical Sciences of Cordoba (IUCBC).
The research projects of Dr. Conde’s laboratory propose to provide new data about physiological and pathological processes of neurodevelopment, specifically characterizing the function of molecules and mechanisms of the TGFβ pathway that participate in the endosomal system and regulate trafficking in neurons, allowing successful axonal establishment and growth in the CNS and PNS. On the other hand, we studied the implication of a protein associated with the TGFβ pathway in temporal lobe epilepsy.
